Agreed! I know we have to do them in the simulators every year, but I personally wouldn't shoot one in instrument conditions to minimums and low visibility. There's too many other options and since we're part 91, there's always tomorrow too.
Thanks for watching! I would be that ground crew too :-) This was the 3rd of 3 practice approaches that we did (all on another video) at low altitude, so the windscreen was pretty beat up by bugs by the time this one was recorded.

@@AccidentalAviator I hear you, distraction - 700 feet - low airspeed turn IMC - stall - spin, not my favorite either.

Did you see the smoke off to the right on the ILS with circle?
Yep, they were doing a controlled burn at a local park.
