I’m a decently strong 155# 48 year old who has competence in squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, etc.....though I no longer go heavy, keeping all my lifts at 225# or lower. Are there a lot of good reasons for me to train with these stones or does the risk reward ratio start to get lopsided as you get to my age? I train BJJ often and I don’t want any injuries to interfere with my training
