I have implemented farmer walks/carries into my training routine and it has done wonders for my grip and they are really AWESOME to say the least

I've worked at UPS for over a decade now and I have only started lifting recently with any serious effort. Of all the videos on nutrition, equipment, power lifting, bodybuilding, martial arts, crossfit and anything else I can feed my brain, Brian's enthusiasm and passion for Strongman and its implements and his perception on being stronger and how this training translates into real world applications, like picking up weirdly shaped heavy shit, that the general public loves to ship, which I am very grateful for, has sold me on the benefits and worthiness of this type of lifting and specifically it's equipment, that I will definitely be purchasing in my very near future. This stuff, Strongman, is exactly the type of training that is helping make my day, survivable and more productive. Thank you Dave for sending Brian that trap bar, and thank you both for running businesses and sharing your lives out beyond the extra mile! You are credits to the human experience!

Would you recomend static farmers walks /carries , just standing there with them Brian?

I follow his channel for a couple of years and he actually has talked about it. He said that is really really effective, too. But!!! The micro-adjustments that your body needs to do during walking, takes this exercise to a whole new level. If you don't have enough space though, it's still an effective way of training. Hope I helped you. Have a nice day, brother!
