    Good cell culture practices dictate that animal cells be grown without contamination by advantageous agents. Hopefully good technique, and not the use of antibiotics contribute to successful culture but sometimes things can go wrong. We will learn what types of contamination are prevalent and what are the best ways to prevent or cure a contamination.

    I want to culture primary goat oviductal epithelial cells but i always got bacterial contamination. Is the oviduct tract home of natural microbes?
    can u suggest some points.
