Ingredients::-
1 cup barley flour(jau flour/jav flour) Here I used fine barley flour
3/4 cup boiling water (adjust as needed)
1/2 tsp salt
Flour for dusting(any flour of your choice)
Instructions
Mixing flour:
In a sauce pan boil water then switch off the stove.
Add salt and barley flour and mix until it forms a soft dough. Let it rest for a few minutes.
Rolling:
Take a small portion of dough, dust it with rice flour, and roll it out gently using a rolling pin.
Cooking: Place on a hot tawa or pan, cooking both sides until light brown spots appear.
NOTE::Dusting with rice flour helps prevent sticking and makes rolling easier!
