      Absolutely agree, I have a strong feeling tht these butter began being added to the northern indian foods after colonisation. Its so sad to see people gulping down so much unhealthy foods in the northern india. South india seem to have been able to retain most of their original recipes, which are still healthy.

      @Pranick Absolutely agree tht its high in carbs, but low in protein..I'd have to disagree. High carb diet is still relevant tdy as being active is still relevant tdy, unless we have found a way to be lazy and healthy lol. Protein is sufficient, can't see why it isn't.
      And the part you said science of diet coming from west..tht I 1000% disagree.

      @Pranick As of tdy yes most research comes from the west, but in india they knew wht was right to eat long back. Forget abt vegetarian, but even an indian vegan diet can be having enough protein. Lentils, beans, peas..they all are protein bro. I think you might be mislead by the wrong knowledge on how much protein humans actually need to consume in a day. From multiple researches done, even by the 'west' proves tht we only require 0.5g of protein for every kg of bodyweight.

      @Pranick Lean protein is not low on carbs, but low on fat. Which is how food should be consumed with a restriction on fat amount.
      Those who get gas problems from eating dal, chana etc are the ones tht rarely eat it. The reason is because the necessary bacteria needed to breakdown these foods are in extremely low quantities due to the people eating so much meat and hardly any fiber. So if you start slow and continue eating it, it will eventually resolve itself.
      Carbs are not bad at all. major part of our diet should be carbs as its the primary energy source for the body. For a bodybuilder it is especially important to be on this diet. If you eat more protein with less carbs, your body will eventually need to convert the protein into an energy source, therefore the protein doesn't even do the job.
      The problems tht meat brings to ones health is just not worth it.
      Btw, pls don't follow the guideline which all these people say, we don't need 100g of protein a day. Its just too toxic for the body. 0.8g for 1kg for a bodybuilder is more than sufficient.
      There are some studies on this as well.

    Everything is you said is okay but blending fruits (not juicing it which only takes off pure liquid content, using mixer isn't juicing but more of a blending process) does not significantly destroy their vitamin content, especially if the smoothies or blended juices are consumed relatively quickly after preparation. While there may be minor losses of some nutrients due to oxidation and light exposure, the overall impact is minimal compared to the benefits of consuming fruits in any form. To maximize nutrient intake, include a variety of fruits in your diet, both in whole and blended forms, and consume them soon after preparation.
    Regarding the dietary fiber, blending does not remove dietary fiber from fruits and vegetables, but it changes the structure of the fiber. Blending breaks down the physical structure of the fruit, which can affect the fiber's ability to add bulk to stools in the digestive tract. This means that while the fiber content remains the same by measurement, its functionality in promoting bowel health and regularity may be slightly reduced compared to eating whole fruits. That slight reduction is okay as long as you're making a blend mix of multiple juices making it delicious and a fullfilling meal.
    Ofc don't drink it all at once, when you blend it, its viscous enough to drink it slowly while the saliva thing kicking in

    So u see most of these are basic science to me cause I learned them in 11th & 12th(from science stream PCMB) N I'm glad I did. Cause I notice how people really have no idea about the basic stuff n they should definitely get acknowledged with those, I realized that some of my knowledge is actually helping me a lot in my day-to-day life.

    There are a bunch of nutrients, vitamins, and fiber in home made fruit juice. A bit of moderation is okay. I just finished a juice fast. And there is nothing easier to digest than raw fruits and veggies. They have the enzymes.. It has bio-electrical current. And that's what the human body is. Bio-electrical hydro machine. Some people just haven't adjusted their micro-baiom yet. It takes time if you have been on the junk for yeras

    What is right ? I like your videos in general. Here he says fruit juice is bad, fruits is also bad if too much is consumed. Vegetable is also bad if too much is consumed. What is too much?
    What is the correct consumption? No info on that... Videos like this makes you feel that you saw something meaningful but doesn't translate into actually actionable content. The listener is just confused.
    Even on the after 4 pm no raw aspect ... You said no raw after 4 pm, he said "cut down" on raws after sunset. This cut down brings in the dilemma of how much etc... Hence the need of an external nutrition advisor etc...

    A masticating juicer does not produce Heat but more about crushing and pressure to break down juices and vegetables.
    The profile of a fresh cold pressed juice is about ~ 90 % of whole fruits and vegetables

    See the farmers or road side workers, they don't get even full nutrients, micro nutrients etc etc they are more fit... these are today's fad.. people are giving Gyan who never worked in Farm, any mines etc... they just sit in AC and do workouts in Fancy , expensive Gyms....     Exemption is Grape fruit juice. You cant eat grape fruit because it taste so bitter. But you can drink juice . I like grapefruit juice bitterness. secondly when we extract juice at home It still retains some pulp compared to packed juices from store.
    Cranberry juice ...
    What about lemon juice. You have to extract juice and not eat it.
