Glad to see you back. Will definitely look at your Instagram. I need motivation atm....went to Suffolk for 5 days a couple of weeks ago and can't get back in the right headspace (think I was on the slippery slope before that tbh 🙄🤦‍♀️). Wish I had your determination - could you bottle it and sell it please? 😆🤗x

I've had a very relaxed couple of months being off work for the school holidays knocked me right out of my routine but hopefully back on it now although finding it a challenge lol
