@abdulwali7578 I'm just a person. Diet content seems ok. Portion sizes? Schedule? Intermittent fasting? (1 meal a day, occasional 1-3 days fasting, like 1-day each month, or 3-days 1-2x/year?) Waist size seems like a good result. Hard to tell with other numbers. There's no substitute for lab work and a competent doctor. I'm in the states in one of the most medically "advanced" areas, yet it's like the stone ages here. Very few doctors here know anything about the human body or health. They know about insurance and billing and pharma sales and AI robotic surgeries, etc.

Dr Ekberg, you are my hero, without your videos, I won't be here anymore. My situation was deteriorating so fast, I didn't know what to do, until one morning I bumped into one of your videos. At first I took it to be one of those usual things on the social media, but I watched it again, only to realise that the person talking seemed serious and looked responsible and that was you!
After watching the video, I decided to give it a trial. That is how I am what I am today. I am now feeling better but still I have neuropathy, my extremist ends, such as my fingers and palms are numb!

Hello Dr Ekberg. After doing 90 days carnivore for healing I couldn't go back to keto as before(1yr) symptoms flare up so I continued my carnivore journey for health conditions. After finishing carnivore, I failed at re- introduction attempts of all other healthy foods I realised I can only eat meat, poultry, eggs, butter. I have autoimmune reactions to everything healthy including berries, coffee,no dairy but butter. Only flavour I have is of salt, lemon juice,ACV. No non starchy veg, no nuts/fruits. I would really want to be able to eat some fruits and vegetables every now and then without getting all old symptoms flare up which kept me bedridden for years. I appreciate all of you ❤️🙏

At the end of the #9 - Thermogenic Foods (around @27:11) Dr. E states, "I think you should get enough [protein] for what you need, but I don’t think you should try to increase it because that can unbalance other things, such as your microbiome."
Based on that statement, I wonder if your microbiome has just gotten very unbalanced while you've been eating exclusively carnivore.
caveat # 1: I'm _not_ a medical doctor. I'm just someone else on the internet who is dealing with GI issues!
If my hypothesis is correct, then _maybe_ introducing small amounts of fermented foods _might_ help your microbiome repopulate in a healthy way.
caveat # 2: While my GI system has been able to handle most fermented foods, Kefir completely wrecked my GI system! So, I _strongly_ suggest that you avoid it, at least initially.
Based on that hypothesis and the fact that it's in line with your carnivore diet and my own experience, I'd suggest you try starting with a _very small_ amount of yogurt (e.g. a spoonful) and see if it upsets your stomach. If it doesn't, then slowly increase how much of that you're eating until you can easily consume a serving with 2 or 3 meals each day for a week (i.e. give your stomach enough fermented food over enough time to start to rebalance your microbiome), and then try to add in very small amounts of fruit and veg (like one or two blackberries or "baby" carrots) and see how you do.
Regardless, I wish you best on your GI journey!

The best and most comprehensive video on taking good care of your health. Everyone should view this, Dr.Ekberg!
I took your advice over 1 year ago and haven't looked back.
Apart from feeling so much better, I am down 23 pounds and no more problems with low energy, bloating, and digestive issues. My mental health has improved as well. Eliminating the foods and toxins you mentioned is key. There are no short cuts or compromises. Intermittent fasting also got my insulin resistance in check. I rarely eat any carbs from bread, pasta or rice. My first meal of the day is a big salad of greens, avocado and some protein (eggs, cottage cheese or salmon salad made with avocado mayonnaise.)
Also, I have made a dynamite salad dressing with olive oil, dijon mustard,
ACV and tumeric and ground black pepper.
Your videos have helped me to become a health champion 🏆.
I would love to know how to "TEST" my insulin sensitivity? Having some good quality organic wild and brown rice would be a nice addition to my favorite curry dishes?
    Thank you. ✨️ ❤

Dr. Ekberg, your ability to convey the information and science behind good health is extraordinary, only exceeded by your depth of knowledge of what it takes to establish optimal health. You are helping a lot of people, my self included. My cardiologist wanted to know how I significantly lowered my Insulin Resistance, lowered my triglycerides, reduced my inflammation and dropped a significant amount of weight. I told him it was simple, I applied what I have learned from your instructional videos and the results are lowering my biological age and improving the quality of my life. I am coming up on one year of retirement as an airline pilot and wish I had made these changes years ago. Thank you for all that you do.

Dear Dr Ekberg, consider exploring making your own pickled vegetables in the kimchi style but using your own choice of vegetables (and even fruits) and adjust the spice/garlic level to match your taste, it does not need to be too spicy which is often the problem for non-Korean mouths. Even in Korean shops there are some 200 different types some without any spice at all. Just use a few spoons of the liquid from a raw Kimchi as a probiotic starter for your own version. This is very very easy and quick to do.

Thank god I don't have a sweet tooth, not really. Same with eating fast foods. I used to eat fast food for 2-3 weeks straight. Until the chemicals & poison would gather into a pus on the inside of my nose. Then I would pop it & disgusting yellow ooze would ooze out. Now that I'm eating healthier, no more pus in my nose.

Happy new year Dr Ekberg. I am following your channel since 2 years. Many thanks for you work on this channel.
To add a few comments on your video::
    - I love avocados, but I choose them organically, which limits my consumption.
    - Now I regularly eat 99% chocolate bars. And when I eat 90% chocolate, I love it like a sweet.
    - I also keep the idea of thermogenic foods with hot peppers and ginger to produce heat, as my thyroid is fragile (lazy) (I don't want to abuse of coffee and/or green tea).
    - I systematically add ACV to my vinaigrette on my salad. But spoonfuls of ACV at breakfast don't go down well.
    - I've noticed that one to 2 cloves of garlic a day seems to have a significant impact on my weight loss (I guess it comes from this new feature I have added to my lifestyle since 6 months). I guess garlic greatly improves metabolic efficiency?

In Vietnamese culture, we have fermented food, similar to kimchi, but they're NOT spicy. Like pickled leeks, carrots, radishes, & other vegetables. You'll find them in Chinese or Vietnamese grocery stores only, but NOT in Japanese/Korean stores. India is NOT asian, so don't bother going there, unless you like Indian food.

Thank you for this incredibly insightful video on fat-burning foods and their connection to insulin health! 🌟 [2:15] The focus on improving insulin sensitivity rather than just cutting calories is such a refreshing perspective. [6:40] I loved the emphasis on non-starchy vegetables and fermented foods for gut health-two powerful tools we often overlook. [10:05] The bulldozer/carpenter analogy was a brilliant way to explain the priority of reducing insulin resistance-inducing foods first. Question: Could you dive deeper into how we can practically balance thermogenic foods like peppers and green tea into daily meals?

Sunflower oil is not bad if you get the one cold pressed, organic, virgin, high oleic and you do not heat it. This is how sunflower oil should be used.
I would say it is healtier than olive oil (when you compare the label)

My "sweets" for the most part are peanut butter, a little maple syrup, and 85-100% dark chocolate. I can still satisfy a little sweet craving without triggering a full-blown hunger craving. I further maintain a 1-ish meal per day. Keeps weight relatively stable. I need to cut down on carbs further, but I find that lower than about 100-125g/day triggers hunger cravings. About 1/3 protein, fat, and carbs keeps me satiated for 24-36 hours.
