7 DAYS PHUKET + PHI PHI IN THE RAIN (JULY 2022)- what to do: backpacking, snorkeling, amazing food!

- We visited Phuket during the rainy season hoping that we'd get lucky - but we didn’t.
With it raining 5/7 days there, this is how we made the most of the days in Phuket and Phi Phi Islands!
With the rainy season, we got to enjoy cheaper flights and hotels and the beaches weren’t crowded, but that also meant that the rain got in the way of everything. Even though we were wet for most of the trip, it was still the most fun I’ve had in years and I recommend people to come to Phuket!
Phuket is an amazing location with friendly people, amazing food, a great party scene and beautiful scenery. If you can take the day off to head over to Ko Phi Phi, you won't regret it!
*Note - Maya Bay is closing again in August 2022 for two months for recovery work.

Phuket is great any time of year. Definitely better when the sun is out. But, as my mate keeps saying, "it doesn't rain inside the bars!" 😉
Me and my sister are going in early May next year and I was nervous about it being the beginning of rainy season but honestly it looks so much fun! And I love the rain

@@NgYiYang But I am afraid I will have to miss multiple things if I go in sept. I read there will be 18-20 days rain in the month of sept. I love rain and cloudy weather but don't want to miss the popular attractions and activities.

HI amazing video brother i was planing to vizit in july 2024 but aafter seeing your video it seems its not worth because my plan is to thailand then veitnam and bali but seems not worth as wether forcasting rain everyday

hey what part of july did you go there? Asking because I'm headed there for 3 days starting 30 June until 3 July. Should I expect rains majority of the time or would it rather be sunnier / less rainy during that time compared to when you went?
It really depends on the year. The rainy seasons might start early so you never know!
But it seems like rainy seasons is starting early this year, Bangkok is already flooding!

No idea! You'll have to see the forecast, but it seems like this year is pretty dry
