Buying a 790 was the best decision i ever made. Always been a KTM lover, but this bike is just something else... Amazing ride and breathtaking bike. Keep it up and much love from italy.
@@harichandrarampalli7598Some of the subcomponents of KTM bikes are bad. For instance the water draining hole of the Duke 790 is too small and isn't made out of anti-rust material. So the water cannot fully exit through that hole but get into the fuel tank, resulting the rust of the fuel floats.
I currently own a MT07 and MT10 both are wheelie monsters and love them. I owned a Duke 390 before and still miss the hell out of it. I currently live in the Philippines where they have a KTM Plant here so, I'm buying a 790 once ive got money saved up.

@@eNjoiipiNoY yeh. They are assembled here. I think all the components come from Austria still. @@chriswest2290 I absolutely agree I had a 2018 390 and it was amazing. I might still have to wait on the bike lol. 3rd and 4th hear wheelies, impressive. Guess you don’t really need an 890R to have lots of fun! Great road btw, no traffic and good pavement! What country you in? Ride on!! Thanks for sharing!
Well actually i'd argue that KTM's LC8c's are one of the smoothest engines in terms of vibrations. I'm not an engine engineer, but as far as I understand every 4 stroke internal combustion engine has two kinds of vibrations, primary and secondary forces. With the LC8c, the primary forces are balanced with a separate balance shaft. Because KTM uses a 285 degree crank, there supposedly isn't any secondary forces to begin with, it's about how the pistons move in relation to one another. There is a good video about this subject made by Fortnine: th-cam.com/video/Qn9JrN1JERI/w-d-xo.html
Man that bike is great! Great vid also...i am on the market for one but i got a bit freaked ou with coolant leaks!!!what is your experience with reliabillity?
Thanks. I think the most common place for coolant leak is the thermostat housing in the cylinder head. KTM has revised the part a few times and the latest iteration of the part is: 63535019200, the original part number is: 63535019000. Newer bikes probably have the revised part already fitted? I think that is the most common coolant leak, I've also had that leak. Other than that is has been working flawlessly, the original front brake disks warp easily, i've replaced those aswell.

Better than mt07 ?
Saving up for 790 👌🏼
Cool ride, one of the best roads I have ever seen, not to straight not to curvy, perfect balance between speed and cornering.

Guys have you had any problem with this bike? I mean components that break down or stuff like this
Hey, great ride. Cam you share your track mode config. Throttle response, etc?
Yeah, track mode, awm off, throttle response: street - sport and track are a bit too agressive for me. TC on setting 1 or 2.

A2 bike or not ?
I’m going from 125 to 790, is this bike comfortable like a super moto or more like a lay down?
Nice video! How do you get that clear sound from your bike?
I have a Zoom H2n under the rear seat, but the placement is not the best to be honest. It would be better in a backback.
How’s the sound of the Akrapovic compared to stock? Performance increased?
The Akra silencer is pretty big so it isn't that loud actually. You don't get any performance gains with only the silencer.
@ some said max speed increase. But what about the sound compared to stock?
clutching on the downshifts? i thought these had blippers?
Yea they do have a blipper, but I like to do it manually, sometimes.
1 question, since it's a 2cyl. Does it Vibrate? Or is it soft? Compared to other bikes like Z800 or Ducati Monster

Thanks, tires are Michelin Power 5's
you ride in track mode?
I think yes, in 3rd gear he do wheelie, not possible in sport mode (well, he is even able doing wheelie)
Are those power wheelies without popping the clutch?
@@ryano460 in my opinion yes, he only downshift 1 or 2 gear so the bike revs up and after goes full throttle
how are you recording the audio?

hi, do u have used the superwiew of gopro or the standard cinematic?
Camera is DJI Osmo, not GoPro, but I'm using the standard fov option on it which is equivalent to 15mm focal length (FOV of about 100°)
Hienosti 👌
it power wheelies in 3rd gear?
You can get it up in 3rd without the clutch if you give a good tug on the handlebars in the higher revs.
Is this stock? I own a 790 duke but your’s seems more powerful, engine note also different ( I saw the upgrade on the exhaust). Nice ride
