One thing about car manufacturers, they made everything inside that door razor sharp. You're gonna come out of there looking like you been in a knife fight. I think its a source of humor for them.
Can confirm this is true! Debur, sand or file just a little. Theres always that one spot that is razer sharp, cause stitches and treat you with a trip to the hospital.
I lined my doors and back wall of my '22 pro4x Titan with dynamat xtreme. Pulled all the "fender premium"] speakers and replaced them with Focal 6" mids and 6×9s for the back doors. Pulled the BS sub under the passenger seat and ran 2 8" front firing jl audio 8W78E and a jl 1500w amp. Sounds great even with the OEM head unit. I need a better alternator now😂
I have to replace the door handle, lock actuator and the lock wire on my doors. I plan to thoroughly install sound deadener and foam wrap all the pieces when I do. Just waiting for some time when I can actually take my time to do it all properly. I got some of the Amazon Basics sound deadener, it has worked really well for me in the past and is also pretty affordable.
Ver nice detaled instructions, i may have missed but if not take lots of pictures also from factory to where your going. What plugs into what, door handle and lock cables, positive and negative wires if your using factory wiring... ect. Thanks for sharing. Be safe and be blessed!

I'm in Britain and have recently bought a Vauxhall Corsa 2020 for two thirds market price. But the metal is SO THIN! Plus seemingly no-one else on the Internet has put an aftermarket sound system in one, and there are no manuals or TH-cam videos on disassembling the interior. Total nightmare!!

repairs are a constant in the BASS world...so many things break..
I love these videos you are a great teacher ❤
Thank you so much!
I have a ford escape. Fords brilliantly used 7mm and 8mm screws for the door panel.

Try Vevor soundeadning for a good low price.
No amount of sound deadning will make much difference to a car door . I've had custom door builds made by pssound for my vw golf .
