Greetings! Optical flow had my eyes popping out! Also loved the math tip on calculating slow-mo options. I've watched several of your vids and love them all. One question though...Own any shirts with a collar? 😂
I’m glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching 😊🙏🏼 I do, although I’m not a collared shirt guy 😂 I wore one in this video though: th-cam.com/video/Eh91TL207dY/w-d-xo.html
I've seen so many guys hop from one gear to another. But for me, it'll never work. I still believe that if I've conquered one software, I'd be more pro than someone who's capable of two or more softwares. So here's a big thumb up for your help and looking forward to your new clips.
Thanks so much for watching. Mastering one piece of software is a great game plan, and I'd recommend it! But I would consider learning other software for different purposes. Instead of learning 2 or 3 different video editing software, learn 1, but then learn something for animation and something else to edit photos for example. That way, you can expand your skillset and combine them to do some really cool things 😊
Great! It would be a good idea (I think) if all FCPX native plugins were explained, as we don't know the use of all of them and sometimes we buy plugins we may not need.
Appreciate the video. Always love picking up new tips. Just wanted to add to the Ken burns effect, for more precision in the movement you can control click the image and you get a secondary menu to change the automation between Ease in, ease out, and linear. I find sometimes I don’t want the effect to start off slow but rather even, that’s when I enjoy the linear. Really love the channel, keep up the amazing work.
I've learned so much from you today from only watching a few videos I gotta practice before watching more so I can actually retain the info thank you so much
Very nice! I didn't know about the skimming tool and opacity option thing! 😁 And you reminded me that I have to save my presets because I always do copy and paste between different projects! Thanks Brad! Keep it up! 👌🏻
you got 1 more subscriber! I can't understand why you don't have much more subs as your content is 1st class!!!! thank you for giving as the best tips to make our vids shine!!

Thanks for watching! I used After Effects to create that animation, but you could also do it in Motion. I tend to default to using After Effects for animation work because I've been using it for a long time and work much faster in it. 😊
Of these 7 hidden features in FCPX, which one do you think is the most useful to you? Let me know in the comments below 😊👇🏼
