@@missourikatt As long as they have doubled in size in the fridge overnight (mine always do) then no. I just take them out and put them right in to bake. Do keep in mind if you are using a glass or ceramic baking dish you could shatter it if you take it from a cold refrigerator to a hot oven. In that case, I put the cold pan in a cold oven and let them heat together. You just have to check the middles of your rolls with a knife to make sure they cook through--it takes a few minutes longer that way obviously.
I am making the 12 roll size (1/2 recipe) like you were making in this video but the full-size recipe calls for a half a cup of warm water for the yeast and the half size recipe calls for a quarter cup of warm water. I noticed that you put a half cup of warm water for the half recipe. Is the recipe wrong for the warm water amount or did you just do extra?
When I made this video I TOTALLY botched it on camera. You are the first person who ever caught it! They still turned out great but stick with the written recipe and you'll do great!

Cut and place in your dish then refrigerate until the next morning. They should rise overnight in the fridge. Bake from there. Hope that helps!
You could try it Maddy. In this case the potatoes aren't there for flavor of course--but to add starch and texture to the dough. Sweet potatoes don't have the same starch content but they are used a lot in baking and you're welcome to see how it turns out! --Rachel

Cant find the recipe
Could you replace the potato with sweet potato? for a different taste?
You could try it Maddy. In this case the potatoes aren't there for flavor of course--but to add starch and texture to the dough. Sweet potatoes don't have the same starch content but they are used a lot in baking and you're welcome to see how it turns out! --Rachel

Ok making them now...in this pandemic...bread flour is about as scarce as a shelf full of toilet paper or ground beef! :( Is it OK to use APF? If so, do I need to make any modifications?'
Yes you sure can. They aren't as light but it won't hurt a thing.
Would be nice if you gave recipe as you go along.

How much do you charge for a dozen of the cinnamon rolls? I was thinking this might be a little extra Christmas money. 😁
$35 for a 9x13 pan and people grab them like hot cakes!
Is that gluten free flour?
No. If you have been following me for new content then the old videos are still here to find. New life and health vs old life and illness. Both are part of my story.
🙏💞💕💝❤️💖🎉
Can you taste the mashed potatoes in them?
Nope not at all.
what if you only have powdered mashed potatoes?
I haven't tested this recipe with instant but I'd think it would work! You won't have potato water to use but just use regular water in its place.
I like it. 👍52 Nice Video 👍🙋♂️🚘🛑⛽🚛🚘🚕🔔🥋 😉✌
Thank you 👍
I am so confused😫you mentioned in your video you had cut ingredients in half b/c you were making 1 loaf instead of 2. However, you used 2 eggs in the video????
Hey Rhonda, the original recipe calls for 4 eggs. You can see that here: feastandfarm.com/soft-homemade-cinnamon-rolls/ I was making one PAN of cinnamon rolls--a 9x13 pan to be exact. The written recipe makes two pans. I hope that helps. --Rachel

You are so correct, my sincere apology🙏🏻
@@rhondawestmoreland3030 No worries! I get told I'm wrong about things a lot. 😂
Is it necessary to use bread flour instead of all purpose flour?
@@rhondawestmoreland3030 the texture is better and the rolls are lighter with bread flour, but they still work fine with all purpose.
