Nice review. Before dive computers, I would have definitely wanted this one! Now that we all dive with computers, dive watches have become just a backup device. (For me, anyway).
Love vibrancy of everything! From the box to the watch! I have the original frogman (DW-295) before it became part of the G-shock line. It also has the offset case and man is it a cool watch. This reminds me of that but just heck of a lot more red hahaha! This seems like a very durable fun watch that was made to look great and be super tough!

Thanks for putting it up against those different models. The Frogman is quite rare down here, so in pics i always thought it'd be unwearable. Plus for some reason most utubers seem to have tiny wrists. Seeing it against the AE-1500, whick I own, damn son, I can rock this easy, lol.

One reviewer complained about the display visibility. I do find that the contrast isn't the best for some reason. Sapphire would have been nice. I think it was a cost cutting exercise as the GWF-A1000 has sapphire crystal. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the review! I'm trying to find info if the watch has a proper depth meter that you can follow during the dive. You mentioned it a bit but can you confirm that the depth in meters in displayed?

I've been waiting for a decent review of this for a while now so thanks. Just wondering about the legibility in normal light conditions?. The previous anniversary model was very dark and difficult to read.
Looks great on you, whats your wrist size? I had the red GWF-A1000 a few years ago and have regretted selling it ever since. Red is my favorite color but i have always preferred the digital frogman over the analog. So after watching your review i just had to go and pick one of these up and I’m extremely excited to get it.

the multiband ones are huge ;plus this is a heritage frogman...Alsd you don't need multiband because they are very accurate. Aniway its too late now because these frogs are sold now
@@thetimebombardier Hi, it arrived today and I’m absolutely smitten with it. It looks even better in the flesh & fits my 7 1/2 wrist perfectly. It’s so light, that’ll be the titanium… but by no means feels cheap, in fact it has great presence and oozes quality. If I had any grizzle, it would be that the display is a little dark… but I can totally live with it and the sum of it’s entirety more than makes up for it. The colour really pops, but in a modest sort of way & I’m so pleased I went for the red. I got this for a bit of a steal on the Casio UK website for £363.30 and it was this price allied to your review that convinced me to pull the trigger & purchase… thanks dude 😊🫶👊💥
