Thank you for a recipe that doesn't require $1000 of kitchen equipment to make. I will be trying this.

I add a little onion powder to my meat mix as well and then grill them. The original has changed so much what I make at home is so much better. Nice to see you use ground pork and not actual ribs. At home I get all the extra onion and pickle I want 😍

I’m with you on that, I do love a few extra pickles on mine, and so much sauce it runs to your elbows! 🤣🤣

I love this recipe! Where did you get the rolling pin? That's the perfect size.

Nice video. I don't know why the McRib is so popular. I've had 1 and it was OK sandwich. But certainly do not miss then when they disappear. When they return TH-cam lights up with people who can't wait to get one. People who make copy cats at home go through all the effort of grinding their own meat. molding the patties into a McRib mold, etc. You make it simple. Buy ground pork, season as desired, shape into rectangular patties, use a knife handle to form the McRib surface. You complicated it making your own sauce. I would buy an off the shelf sauce and baste them with it while cooking. I make sausage patties using ground pork, season as desired, shape into patties and cook or freeze for later. One hour without a bunch of cleaning.

Thank you. I think a homemade BBQ sauce is so much better. Store bought sauces are full of additives and thickening agents. Honestly, try this BBQ sauce recipe, you won’t be disappointed 😊

The BBQ Sauce 98% McRib Style. I Addet 1/2 Teaspoon danisch smoked salt. Than ist was perfect. To your patties ad some rosemary powder, just a pinch....

    McRib ? No rosemary extract?

No rosemary in mine anyway. Too fragrant. The BBQ sauce is where it’s at!!
