    30:10 ...wow that's how he rationalised "it" before he came out. "It" is a small difference to the overall minutiae of every little aspect of cycling, and without actually denying "it" in the same sentence, just generalised "it" as possible small details amongst many.

      It was all relative to the next guy doing it. So the races just got faster in the early 90s like Lemond said.
