Holy crap! This tear down video is awesome. I'm buying a used X160 within an unknown electrical problem. I wanna fix it myself. I previously started to imagine the individual mayor systems and hubs, but finally, seeing it for the first time in a logical order by a dude that clearly knows what he's doing is EXACTLY what I needed. I dont even care at the moment about the blinker addition. I learn best by seeing something done by a component person. If they can do it, I can do it. Thank you!
Can't believe they didn't make the original harness with some extra plugs so you could just plug and play. Hopefully they start shipping newer units with the full harness at some point.
When I first started working on my Toyota cars/trucks years ago I was amazed to discover that all the wiring and plugs were in place for much higher editions of my vehicles. It was a piece of cake after market to include options at 1/3rd the price of if I ordered them from the dealer when I bought my vehicles.
Will the turn signals not work without a flasher? Because I installed the whole thing and realized my new harness didn’t come with a flasher so I ordered one but the blinkers aren’t working and I’m wondering if the flasher will solve that problem?
Before installing the new harness it is the perfect time to give all plugs a quick coating of ACF50 and add a little dielectric grease! These two things and your plugs/pins will likely never have a problem no matter how many times they get wet.
I bought every piece I need for this and did it myself but. My question is how do you turn off the headlight now old switch had a button to turn it off
@@loganburwell_2001This is the OEM Surron Ultra Bee kit. If you mean for the Surron Light Bee I’d be interested to know as well. Would like the kits for both.

Why the controller led flashing red when the bike is powered on?
will there ever be more of these kits for sale on ccw?
Sadly getting them now is very difficult and Surron USA isn't wanting to sell them
Where did you get the tires? I need those and what size are they please?
Probably a milk racing set

With the street legal kit installed, is there a way to disable the rear light?
You could always unplug it
How much are you selling it for?
Looks like they’re selling the kit for $350 on their website.
When are you guys going to do one for surrons?

Will this kit work for the Storm Bee?
EU version comes ready with blinkers. This is a lot of work.
Yea you’d have to pay a shit ton in shipping if you don’t live in EU they have separate factories in multiple different countries.
Not to mention the fact that it’s not road legal in the US for sale with the signals on
Finally!
10 million emoto street hooligans just cried out in pain.
that looks like a fuck ton of work
It is. So? You get nowhere in life being useless, lazy and complaining son. Were you raised by a single mother?
