    Your home workouts are the best. I am doing this at 5 AM in the morning. At such an early hour, going to a gym is not feasible. So your workouts come very handy. Great job! Keep the good work up!

    Loved it Olivia. Thank you for putting out videos, working out with you has helped me overcome my fear of really tough workouts or workouts in general. This one was good. I needed it, looking forward to doing better push-ups and planks as I strength by arms.

    Active rest day!! I need to stop skipping the warm ups so I’m less sore the next day lol! I did one yesterday and it helped.
