      @@Mamta.8864 mam mei bhi iss problem se suffer hua tha 4 saal pehle was not able to walk. Finally Dr. told me to take injection. After taking injection .it was completely cure i didn't feel pain from 2017 till now .i thought it get completely cured but from last few days pain in heel started again.

    Hello Dr. I'm having a minor pain within left outer side of my left foot for last two months. It's not in heel but reaches towards heel after walking more. It never hurts by pressing anywhere and only increases if I walk more. I'm consulting with a Physiotherapist. as per him it's Plantar Fasciitis. He is giving some treatment with some machines and also advised me to war arch support and some exercises but there is no relief. Please help me.

    Dr your simplified method of treating this problem is much appreciated. Lemme use this technique and I will revert to you.     Bend toes towards the shin

    was having heel pain from past 3 months but I ignored that. 3 days ago I searched for heel pain treatment. I found some of the videos about stretching Exercises and Icing. I followed the videos. I did stretching and icing and believe me or not, my pain cured the third day.
