    I use it and love it! My preferred method is to apply once per month to a cool, clean, dry panel. I don’t have a need for a drying aid since the bulk of my drying is done with a blower followed by a plush towel for touch up drying. My car stays glossy and slick, maintenance washes once a week.

    I've recently purchased a gallon of the stuff and I really like it. I apply it to a dry vehicle, spraying the product onto a microfiber towel and wiping it onto the paint, followed by wiping with a dry towel. The panels of the car were cool, so I had no problems with streaking. I'm also a Bead Maker fan and still use it on occasion. Great video. I have subscribed.

    I don’t use it as a drying aid, I dilute it 1:1 and just spray directly on to the panel and buff off with a 70/30 420 GSM microfiber towel. My wife’s vehicle is a dark metallic blue and ceramic coated and I’ve never had an issue with streaking. I’ve never sprayed it on a hot panel either, so that may be the determining factor with your issue. Love this stuff, it’s easy to apply and lasts a pretty long time.

    Best product for sure!!!! I say it is a BM killer for sure as they both serve the same purpose. I don't like to use quality towels to apply as the chemicals will reduce absorption in them. I usually stick with one towel specific to apply TCCD.... And a quality towels for drying if needed to keep it plush longer.

    Question for you all using it as a drying aid. Are you doing any buffing after running over surface with drying towel? Or is just a once over with good drying towel enough? Personally I wouldn't use this as a drying aid. It wouldn't make sense on a car without any sealant on it. Ceramic bonds to the paint. You don't want to seal contamination into the paint.
    However I would use this to maintain an pre existing coating after a maintenance wash.

      Yeah, either straight or one to one is fine. Obviously you’re gonna get better protection if you use it straight but then you have to deal with streaking depending on the weather because of the high ceramic content. You can also use it as a drying aid if you wanna do that more frequently, maybe once you lay down a stronger layer But protection laid down as a drying aid tends to not last as long

    How does that ceramic spray hurt the drying towels? I’m sure it has to negatively affect them somehow. Thanks for the vid

    • @StaySlick
      @StaySlick  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No it doesn’t harm the towels. The sio2 content isn’t high enough to effect the towels. You just have to make sure you wash your towels properly with a microfiber detergent like P and S Rags to Riches.

    • @mkygod
      @mkygod 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Turtle wax hybrid solutions ceramic spray is a sealant, so it's not comparable to this product. I'm guessing the TW will last 5-10x longer as a protectant. The Tech choice can be used as a topper like a spray wax to give it more shine and slickness; and possibly prolong the life of the sealant
