The video conveys the message rather poorly, but the idea was people animating guns in general, not just ARs. So e.g. when I spoke of recoils, I meant when someone gives a 9mm recoil for a .50 cal gun, & vice versa.
Also damn, didn't expect this one to blow up a second time.
I already thought of a remake before, considering how much of this was rushed & much was scrapped. + new ideas I've got over time.
Not soon though, you see I haven't uploaded in months. Whenever I'll be back, it's definitely on my to do list!
Bless the algorithm
The never aiming is point shooting
dude, the amount of brainrot on insta and TT is suffocating.
THEN YOU GET THIS GEM!!!
and an animator that at least semi gets it!!
lol im all for the wacky reloads.
and if you could also show different weapons and put what that specific weapon model is, as well as the different experience levels, thatd be even greater!
ive seen some videos of randoms just doing dumb shit, then ive seen military type videos of doing dumb shit. in either regard, both are awestricking (ps, just stay well enough back to enjoy, and not get hit by the cassing or anything else... im reminded of a guy who blew tannerite through a refrigerator and almost took himself out.... LOL
🤣🤣🤣🤣😅😅😅
What is the gun
@@h2.t2 supposed to be m16
Fun fact: the "wrong way" recoil animation can be simulated in real life with a barrel attachment called the "Halbek Device", a cursed attachment which blocks the bottom and allows an early escape for the gasses through the _top_ sending the barrel down
Yeah i saw it for the first time in phantom forces
The PPSH-41 also has something like that at the end of the barrel shroud, as there’s only 3 holes, one at the top and 2 at the left and right, allowing the pressure from the gas to push the gun downwards, helping compensate its recoil.
Kriss Vector:
rarely
@@arnoldcobarrubias6593 Now you got me wondering. What if you fire blanks out of a vector?
honestly, "way too less" is pretty accurate for an ar pattern rifle for experienced shooters
Yeah ARs have very little recoil
yalls must have a different buffer tube or drop trigger, mines still shit.
... then again i need to hit the range more
@@thebadlander3608 In general most assault rifles have little recoil.
Even the shortened Krink.
@@MiGujack3 I was referring to AR15s. AKs have higher recoil because they’re piston driven. And most “assault rifles” do have intermediate recoil.
Have you seen the guy with no hands shoot an AR?
I love how cursed hand layering is just left handed shooting. I agree.
Yes
Left hand is cursed eh?.......that.....that's how I animate guns
Well I'm cursed to be a lefty
@@silverbluray2That's actually cool! I feel like left handed shooters are more common even in real life than on animations, games, movies & such xD
It rarely comes to your mind unless you are lefty yourself
@@alkku4199 yeah,I've seen multiple people shoot left handed IRL but in games and other media I've only seen the doomguy from doom 1/2 and Sheva from re5
I will need to watch this frame by frame and on a bigger screen, love it :D
This is so accurate to how most games animate guns. Throw away your magazine to reload, and you
-lose 30 bullets- have the disposed rounds magically come back to you
Yeah, or if you happen to reload between literally each shot, your character just keeps taking hundreds of new full magazines from somewhere like its nothing.
In enlisted if you dont have full magazine you can use alredy used one. (Sorry im bad at english😓)
@@frandacz9005Enlisted is meant to be a hyper-realistic World War 2 warfare game so naturally, that’s how it works.
@@AMadnessAniMaTOR its not realistic at all
@@belgianfried In many ways, it is! Not as realistic as how ww2 actually was.
The "same magazine" reload is too real. I think most first person reload animations I've ever seen use this method.
It's fine as long as the mag goes out of your FOV
@@alkku4199loiiii 1:29
1:16, remember, switching to your other gun is way faster than fixing a malfunction.
0:11 "Cursed hand layering"
Left-handed shooter: "Well fuck me I guess??"
*_"W h e n ?"_*
(Sigh, someone had to say it)
1:10 thats how video games do it
1:26 thats literally how we play homemade gun that has no ammo but still have magazine
Yes
I used to make sure my guns were accurate back when i used stick nodes. I detached the figure arms so the gun can be layered correctly and i even learned shell ejecting.
Then i went ahead and attached a m203 to an AA12.
shouldve attached a masterkey for a shotgun on your shotgun
the "way too less" actually "proper amount"
Perhaps if it was a .300 but that’s definitely supposed to be an m16
@lazysylph3312 then it could very well be less. 5.56, full 20 inch gun.
@@lazysylph3312 tell me you've never shot 556 without telling me
1:03 "Oh" Toss the mag XD
1:09 average mobile fps game animations be like:

There is actually a really good mobile fps called arena breakout.

So much of my pain seeing some people try to animate guns rolled into one video. Perfect.

1:08- 1:13 Basiclly old roblox fps games in a nutshell
Haha, I hear you
The “too much” is literally just the average dude shooting a rifle
No it is not 💀
@@thebadlander3608 kinda is, yeah, if you haven’t braced yourself
@@thebadlander3608 I ain’t talking about some tiny rifle
@@Ice_Animates no, it’s not. Rifles are not that bad of recoil. Especially the 5.56 he has in the animation. That recoil is like, unprepared shooter shooting a 12 ga slug or something.
@@Ice_Animates Then what rifle are you talking about buddy.
Hoesntly after seeing how small an M4 is, the "tiny" model still feels accurate with a bit a salt
All guns look small in person. I remember seeing a minigun and an 20mm M61 Vulcan side-by-side in a museum and the Vulcan was closer to the scale I imagined a minigun should be.
@@VictorTheCommander99GAU-8 Average is a funni boi
as a madness combat animator, i can confirm
0:23 so lol momments
1:06 is honestly how U.S. armed forces personnel are TRAINED to reload, they have to retain their magazines to reload the magazines themselves later.
1:09 feels nostalgic
free fire reload animation 😂
0:40 average CoD lobby player
haha im actually playing cod right now so can relate
tactical is where the gun is so low its literally at the floor
switching out the whole damn gun may not be the best idea from a tactical standpoint, but it certainly sends a message.
bad reload cracked me up
dont forget where they just flick the mag onto the floor and then suddenly put one back in
Yeah lol
"Cursed hand layering" was arguably one of the most normal ones here.
As the person who use Stick Fighter to Animate, i can tell you whoever make his own gun (detailed), and use it for animation is insane.
I already make 4 gun, also the ammo will attach and detach which is make me headache, also that you must find the blue spot among all orange when animating is hard.
Yeah, the tools are very limited as you can't lock the nodes in SF creation mode. Makes it virtually impossible to make extreme details unless it's a modded version.
I just do horizontal recoil.
For reloading I do a thing called "The Run and Gun" which is 2 clips stuck together. When one is unloaded, you just flip it upside down and load it in. Then, get a different double mag, and boom, I realize no one has ever used this technique irl with guns
I've seen the use of twin/dual magazines only a few times by a few games, but that's about it. It's a pretty rare sight. Dunno how practical it is, but atleast its *cool* :D
Remember, throwing your gun is faster than reloading!
I have a character that his gun has a tiny chance to have a *LOT* of recoil so it just hits his face
tbh very nice if i animate like this ill be very surprised :) nice video aswell pairs well with music
You forgot the "Whole arm recoil" like they would just eat the recoil
I'll probably add something like that to the remake I'm working on!
@@alkku4199 okie :D
that was way better than I thought it'd be
Really good video! Pretty funny too. Well done!
Nice. you're good at animating!
the "same magazine" reload is typically used in 1st person viewmodels
fascinating
As someone who shoots a bit and does a bit of art work this is something I wish I though about more
Thanks.
The putting the mag too deep had me got me rolling 😂😂
It's quite a common mistake people do lol
Hah the battlefield reference with the magic reload
0:39 i love how this could exist (minus the comically large suppressor) because of 100 round quad stack mags for AR-15s exist irl, and they are LONG
The "too much" was hilarious
"Way too less" - Accurate 5.56 recoil from a 20" barrel AR15.
this is soo relatable, the guns i draw are either too large or the recoil is too much
love this video, great job and keep animating
Thanks!
Lmao this is great dude
You're an actual genius, my brother.
Keep it up, I had some fun!
The random recoil is actually pretty realistic in my opinion.
this made my day lmfao, new sub!
Don't forget the "switch to your sidearm" reload. XD
Faster than reloading!
that "none" recoil got me lmao
A good grip, good 3 point contact(Buttstock in the right position and firmly pressed to the body), a seated cheek, and a good foot stance can assist greatly in recoil management. Having all 4, and an M4 pattern rifle is a rather...smooth experience. 5.56 was designed for low recoil, high velocity in the first place. Add a little more backwards "bump" and a very small upkick to the "way too little" animation and it's quite close
God this is perfect
I'm pretty sure the first one is used in CQB to prevent the enemy from grasping your firearm. Primarily for pistols or short barreled rifles but it's neither here or there. I learned it from a marine when I was practicing my reaction time with airsoft guns so I'm ready to use training guns (the blue one).
Interesting, didn't know that.
Though here I meant how some people animate a character wielding a gun inaccurately *all the time*, but u probably knew that. Thanks for the comment!
This video has no reason too be this good
My way is T-posing and just make guns flying around
Ah yes
Nice animating :)
Thanks! :)
The "????" Bits in the beginning made me lol. I love randomness.
Damn I keep coming across these "unnecessarily funny" vids recently. Thanks YT algorithm, you da man, and ofc you goated for this animation
I LOVE "Switch Gun" reloads
They are So funny to me
Nice animation
I am now self-conscious about this and will never animate a weapon from this point forward. Thx for that.
No problem ^_^
The “way to less” recoil is like perfectly accurate to how much recoil a AR15 platform ahs
"WAY TOO MUCH" recoil got me
Loved it!
that "bad" reload gave me memories of my first time shooting, lol
It’s funny how in some animations ‘way too much’ is not even that much
One of those was actually correct for that specific firearm
But humans have a lot of fingers so I don't recommend trying to figure out which one I'm talking about
1:10 is basically all NPCs with weapons in Half-Life 1 and 2
ngl "reloading" is the best one.
can't make mistakes if it's that simple
or then just don't reload at all 🙃
The way too less is pretty accurate tbh irl
True
underrated, love this
Thanks!
1:24 it had the loyalty enchantment
>Throws the empty magazine out
>The same empty magazine returns
>The weapon can't be loaded ever again
Somehow the “random” is accurate irl
"way to less" recoil is actually realistic recoil if the handler of, say, that M4 has experience
As someone who just started animating this made me laugh a lot
this was very accurate
1:09 is just your average 2016 roblox gun reload
Yeah
I loved it!
Thanks! :)
Very good animation!
Thanks!
1:18 How Guns In Movies Reload
animating people animating guns.

reloading mags ❌
reloading guns ✅
You’d be suprised how little actual barrel climb guns like the M16 has id actually say that the way too little is the most accurate representation of actual recoil😊
True, though many things here were a bit over exaggerated for easier comparison
@@alkku4199 makes perfect sense
0:25 is CRAZY 💀
Mind blowing🤯
I’ve played a game before where you’re a gun that holds a person
As a left handed person, I see this as an absolute win.
m16 like most rifles recoil backwards not up, if you're holding it correctly
I guess he wasn't holding it correctly :)
I did change some of the backwards recoil to upwards recoil, I felt like it was easier to animate 2D recoil that way. I didn't want the gun to clip through his shoulder either
Kool, make more!
Working on a remake actually!
Remember switching your gun out for another is always faster than reloading
Ngl I use sideways sometimes, and good video 👍
Well, it looks cool, and thanks!
you forgot the reload where the viewmodel is so low down they dont even animate the magazine as its off screen (looking at you, Half-Life 2 SMG1)
The black stick figure reminded me of the Flash animation and game series called Xiao Xiao. It is a huge part of my childhood. Too bad Flash is dead now...
shit is RIDING the algorithm
Yeah lol
0:24 WOAH WOAH WOAH WHYS HE YOI
I swear I saw the “reloading 🔄” on newgrounds before
“Wait i still have 2 bullets”
*puts mag back*
"Wait I have 0 more bullets"
*Puts the same mag back in*
"Now I have 30!"
I feel like way too much recoil is always used for goofy times
