😅 I agree with you! The ribb tips is what I get for the road when I come home from Cincinnati. But now that I have moved back home I just do it myself. And the cakes are box cakes that they make. I'm trying other places here in Memphis.

Food is like beauty. It’s the opinion of the beholder. Some people like highly seasoned food. Some like it under seasoned and think it’s the bomb. I like flavor. I want to taste the smoke and the seasoning with BBQ. Most of the time you can look at food and tell what’s going on. Good or bad.
You should try One & Only BBQ. I make it a stop whenever I visit Memphis. Edit: I forgot your reviewing black owned business. I don’t think One & Only is black owned.
Im from Memphis and trust me when i tell you, thats a workforce lunch spot at best. Its edible not good, nobody would ever go there to have a great food experience

They say I can cook a lil bit... truth is they bbq spaghetti tastes like it got lysol in it to me. and the overall bbq experience there is overrated. used to be fie years ago. now... not so much. memphis folks eat food off nostalgia and not off what it actually tastes like now.
