I really particular about my greens too, which is why I’m a collards girl only. When my family start trying to add mustards or turnips to the menu it’s an automatic veto if I’m doing the cooking.

I just went to Lambert’s last weekend. I love that place. The hot rolls with sorghum butter, black-eyed peas, fried okra, and fried fish! Whew chile I’m ready to take the trip back to lambert’s.
