    These Full Body workouts are so perfect and intense. The first one absolutely destroyed me and I can’t wait to start this one. Looking forward to the next one.

      Same boat. I'm used to the first one now even when I increased the weight and added my own twists day by day to spice things up, but now I'm definitely looking forward to doing this one in my next session.

    Hope you enjoy this workout as much the first one :-) Remember the SETS are a Guide so if you are short on time reduce the set on each exercise. Also remember its all about Progressive over load so Increase the weight when you can each set.     The first full body workout was fire and this one looks like it's at par or better. Just getting back into training after some time off from injuries. Really focusing on warm up&cool down time moving forward. Your lifting style really helped motivate me back into the gym!

    Obi you have helped me out a lot. I am a type 2 diabetic and ever since watching your videos I have consistently hit the gym and followed your advice. My blood sugar levels are the best they have ever been in the 10 years I have been a diabetic. One question- How do I get the music you use in your videos. I would love to listen to them while working out.

    Its my first time today trying this program, and i only got up to the incline chest press and it took me 2 hours. 😅.. i was so exhausted but its worth it. Ill try finishing it next time.

    I have a few questions
    1. Is it a circuit training? Do i cycle between 1A 1B and 1C or do i need to finish 1A first (3x12) etc?
    2. at what set should i do drop sets in the 10x10 biceps training? should i do it the first 3 sets or what?

    Everything hurts after this - that’s a success in my opinion. Haha loving your work. Only thing I would say it took 1hr 45 to do and I dropped the conditioning bits off the end too. So it’s a good 2 hour weekend workout rather than before work

    When I do incline chest press, my balance with the dumbbells is just so bad. Please someone tell me how I get better balance, I can’t lift the dB”s straight up, my hands always go wave off into a different direction

    Thanks for the workouts, would you recommend a 3 day full body split alternating between the two workouts? How would you progress the workouts since it would be hard to increase weight every session.

      3 days one and off works. and you can increase weight if you do these consistently, first week write down all the weights used and second week aim to increase where possible even if its 1kg thats still progress

    Hey obi you’re my absolute favorite to follow. I don’t have a lot of time to workout during the week so I started following your full body workout 1 and 2. My question is how much rest in between each superset? Or is it just go through the super set and rest about 1 minute then do the whole set again? This is pertaining to legs and the parts where semi heavy weights are used.
