I also own sf for past 3 years. I completely agree with few negatives i.e Pillion seat, rear brake, headlight and gear shifting. Other than this it's a wonderful bike. I get a mileage of 50kmpl easily.

Apki review acchi lagi isi lie lkh raha hun.. meri hindi ke lie mafi chahta hun pehle hi. maine apni sf mein 27000 km complete ki hai. isi lie ek- do baate batana chahta hun
1. Clutch apka thoda tight hai, usi wajah se gear vi jam ho raha hai. dono problem eksath thik ho sakta hai agar clutch ko thoda sa loose kare.. zada mat kijie ga kyun ki usse pick up ghat jati hai..
2. Headlight mujhe v pasand nehi aya is lie maine ek led light lagaya hai.. 1.5 saal se wohi LED chal raha hai...aur light bilkul badia hai...
3. 100 kmph k upar agar apka power drop ho raha hai to 3 karan ho sakte hai..ek to Air filter purana ho chuka hai, use badlie. dusra ho sakta hai k carburator clean nehi hai. ya teesra k seat k niche jaha se air filter hawa khichti hai, waha blockage ho raha hai.. kripya seat k niche kuch na rakkhe.
4. Piche ka jo brake hai wo in sporty gario mein aisa hi hota hai kyun k balance accha karne ke lie in sporty bike o mein iska zadatar weight samne ki taraf dia gaya hai.. piche weight kam hone k karan piche ka brake bhi kam kaam karta hai.. Braking technique ko agar ap thoda sa badle aur dono brake ko eksath dabaye to sabche accha result milta hai. Main zada front disc use karta hun.. agar pillion baithe tab piche ka brake kam zada karta hai kyun ki tab piche thoda weight badta hai.. Abhi naye disc varient mein piche ka brake thoda behtar hai.. agar dono brakes marne ke bad v piche ka wheel skid ho raha hai to tyre badalne ka samay a gaya hai.. kyun k apki tyres plain hoti nazar aa rahi hai..

I own a gixxer SF too for last one and half year .. the only negative point I face is the pillion comfort. pillion comfort is not good at all . otherwise the bike make u feel like u r the owner of a superbike with a cheap amount

2. pillion disadvantage
3. rear tire quality is down
4.front angel view is not attractive
5. handle should be sporty
comparatively with other 150cc ,,both of the breaking quality is fine . no clutch prblm.
Long mirrors of Gixxer SF sometimes cause problems in traffic. Also many times friends are afraid to sit on this bike.
Motul synthetic oil with additive makes this bike's performance really awesome.

Use Motul 300v 10w40 engine oil for your Gixxer bike. It will make your Gixxer gear shift smooth and help you to gain more mileage from your bike.
It's a wonderful bike, am also having the same.. almost 2 saal ho gye n completed nearly 40000 km... Dikkat h ye ki iske chain set 2 bar change ho chuke h... Gear shift smooth nhi h.. or mera carburetor issue krne laga h ab.. ab jake isme dikkat aane lagi h.. haan engine superb h..

There is serious heating issue in this bike.. kavi kavi to engine mai se smoke ane lagte hain.. dhua dene lagta hain.. lakin kavi band nahi hua.. lakin bht dhua deta Hai aisa lagta h avi engine blast karega😮 Suzuki walo ko ismai at least R15 jaisa engine ko cooling Karne k liye coolent Dena chaiye .

R15 v3 if you're looking for a bike with more aggression, pickup, acceleration and sporty looks. Also it has LED headlights. Gixxer SF is good for long rides and it costs you less! Gixxer comes with dual disc too so braking won't be a problem! 😊

Chntamani ji LED headlights lagwa lijiye. Stock bulbs ki lumen capacity 800 to 1000 se jyada nahi hoti. 4200 lumens Ka LED lagwa lijiye. But apko India me available nahi hoga AliExpress App se order karna padega. Mai use use Kar raha hoo apni Avenger 150 me achhe response hai and oncoming traffic ko problems bhi nahi hoti clear cut line hai low beam me. BTW video achha tha n informative bhi. Bataiye to mai bulb order Kar deta hoo??

I have bought Sf Fi version which has disc Brake at front and rear end also... I loved this break system... But the gears were not smooth as u said. One thing is absolute this bike is a heart stealer and I'm loving solo long rides on it... person who sits back it's really a punishment for him...

Yes bro, some bikes do give the problem above 100-120. As the petrol is getting low.Its is because the air get filled in air tank due to high speed riding. You can modify the rear seat by adding the cushioning, i know about the rear seat problem. Adjust the headlight by keeping it at second last level, as it is adjustable. You can also add auxiliary lamps of 20-20 watt or 40-40 according to yur need. for the clutch i would say keep it oiled, both the clutch and the accelerator as it get hard after time. Use less clucth by keeping it on lower gear. I never felt problem of tight clutch , but this bike do heat in traffic or with use of clutch.

Bhai aapne Jo Jo problem bola wosab normal hi hai. Utna farak nahi parts usse. But iska ground clearance bht kam hai. Mera bike toh har speed breaker PE lag jata hai.
Bhai apke bike me pichewala disc break nahi hai but meri suzuki Gixxer sf bike me piche b disc break hai 6 year ho chuke hai. Busy gear thoda aur speed 118 tak b chalayeto seat k niche air cleaner hai seat waight k wajase kabi kabi usske dono air k naliyan dab jati hai yato aap seat k niche kuch kapda ya bag wagera rakhha hoto agar fir bhi aisa hoto aur cleaner time to time saaf karwaya karen. Headlight week hai i agree mai single handedly use karta hun bike but hamare karnataka me bagalkot district me parts jaldi nahi milte over all proform best hai 👍💯

same issue sir.acceleration dips and then surges again.clutch is heavy and I think it gives a smooth ride only when you ride above 3500rpm.heavy clutch is meant for higher displacement but why it is reflected in this I don't know.

mere pas red Gixxer h nd i have ran it now 6000 km, i didnt getting problem like u say k clutch hard h gare shifting hard h. agar clutch ki setting brabr ho to hard nahi h muze to bilkul bhi hard nahi lgta h bs only problem h jo piche baithne wale k liye thats the only problem i also feel

maine abi sf-fi li hai, headlight is really weak as you mentioned and shifting from 1st to 2nd gear is really annoying.Otherwise i like the bike and its performance. And its looks are head-turner.

I have a naked Gixxer, In gear acceleration is awesome..and cruising is great 80-100 km is good

I miss my bike.... Fork pipe material Poor... And main problem barish me... Bike parked in rainy place not started and when ride in rainy then pickup lost.... So i sell my gixxer.... Thank you....
