I just joined Shivam’s online yoga class today. We focussed on hip opening today. He asked us to put our 1 foot behind our head while seated. I could only take my leg up to my shoulder. We did all these stretches during the class. At the end of the 1 hour class, after doing all these stretches, I was able to put my foot behind my neck! Shivam understands the skeletal, muscular and nervous anatomy of the human body and he has perfected how to stretch the tight muscles so that we can improve the asana! Thank you so much! You are a real genius in how you have broken down yoga into doing preparatory stretches which make the asana easier to attain! 💚🙏🏽

All the above exercises showed by you for hip opening are very effective but what about people who have knee problem or pain, how can they bend one knee on the ground and the other on the chair, please make a video for knee pain as well as a video for hip opening where in we can do the exercises without hurting the knee 🙏
