You can do it in 1-3 mo, just because I don't over do it, I give rest between some days for recovery of musale. Then my Bods exam was coming that's why I don't do it every day . But when I do I try to do as many stretches as I can..

@@soumoneogi3058 Well I will give rest as well because in the past I got lower leg injuries like shin splints ankle twist and hip pain because I overtrained with minimal rest and stretching. I am not gonna repeat same mistake this time
