The leaf springs on the Talbot Express campervan are the original ones, and the right side one has gone a bit flat! With the cost of replacements, and with them not actually being damaged, it seemed a better choice to fit air suspension to the campervan.
so Karl gets busy fitting the air suspension and he also shoes you some other mods to this 31 year old campervan too!

We have been living in our Elddis Encore 255 motorhome "Raymond" since April 2021, when we went fulltime with our rescue husky Nanook, AKA Nookie Monster.
Unfortunately Nanook passed away on Thursday 8th June 2023 after a short battle with cancer and we have been heartbroken by his loss, but he will always be a part of this channel.
In March 2023, Helen bought a 1993 Talbot Express Autosleeper Symphony, as she can't drive Raymond due to driving restrictions.
She now travels solo in "The Nook" when Karl travels solo on his Honda Fireblade motorbike.
We have always wanted to show the magic of nature and the beauty of places, regardless of the time of year.
We do show the ups & downs of vanlife too and we also show motorhome related content.

I haven't driven the van yet since he fitted it, but I should be hitting the road in around 10 days. Later than planned, but I have other van issues unfortunately.😢

I have similar in my van, but only run it about 1 bar, any more makes back end very hard. So you may have to explore various psi.
Yeah, I'll have a play once it's on the road. Cheaper than the leaf springs though. It's still the original ones on there.
