I have no support that I feel safe enough to relax with. I have been to many therapists but I don't heal because I don't dare to allow the emptions to flow.

I had it happen a lot last year where my nervous system down. After nothing for months and today I had it happen again! I literally did yin yoga to help release the emotions.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds like your body is doing a lot of important processing, and sometimes those emotional releases can come back unexpectedly. It’s great that you turned to yin yoga to help move through it-gentle, mindful practices like that can be so effective for releasing stored emotions and soothing the nervous system.
If you find these moments coming up again, you might also want to incorporate some grounding techniques or breathwork to further support your nervous system in those times. It’s all part of the healing process, and listening to your body’s signals, like you did, is a powerful way to support yourself. Keep going, and be gentle with yourself!

    Thank you.
This brought up so much grief and sadness.
I looked at where I’ve cut myself and kissed the spot.
It’s so scary to be with the deep grief of trauma and the past.
    But this felt very right.
    Thank you.

Thank you for sharing such a deeply vulnerable moment.
It’s incredibly brave to face that grief and offer yourself such a tender gesture of compassion.
Being with the deep sadness of trauma can feel overwhelming, but it’s also a powerful step toward healing. I’m grateful that this felt right for you in the moment.
Remember to be gentle with yourself as you move through these emotions-it’s a process, and each step of self-compassion helps release what’s been held inside for so long. If you need any support along the way, know that you’re not alone.
Thank you for allowing this space to be part of your healing journey.

Divine wisdom. To get free of our central default mode bit of fix-it brain & receive the Unknown, untamed, real felt sense of another person or animal , is a shamanlike offering. We are trained to avoid discomfort & the unknown, like they're gonna kill us. They are reality, in an unknown vast universe, our minds dressed in mud & rocks, not in control of much.

Beautifully said, and it resonates so deeply. The way we’re conditioned to avoid discomfort and the unknown often keeps us locked in that “fix-it” mindset, missing the raw and untamed reality that surrounds us. When we allow ourselves to step into that space of receiving-the unknown and the felt sense of others-it can be such a powerful and healing experience, almost like returning to our natural, more instinctive selves. It’s a practice of surrender, embracing the vastness of life without the need to control it. Thank you for sharing this insight-it’s a profound reminder of what lies beyond the familiar boundaries of the mind.
