4 years later, I just found out I have lumbar scoliosis a while ago. Did the breathing helped you decrease the degree of ur scoliosis? If so, please let me know how much and what breathing technique did u use!! 🙏

I've been struggling with the monkey Mind for a long time please can you help me out
Absolutely, Richard-I hear you. The “monkey mind” can feel like it’s running the show, constantly jumping from thought to thought. It often disconnects us from the body, where stillness and clarity can be found. A simple way to start is to reclaim your body as a guide back to presence. When the mind races, shift your attention to your breath or physical sensations, even if just for a few moments. Try asking yourself, “What do I feel in my body right now?” Notice your feet on the ground, the rise and fall of your breath, or the tension in your shoulders. The more you reconnect to your body, the less the monkey mind holds control, and the quieter it can become. It’s a practice, not a quick fix-but one step at a time, you can bring yourself back to balance. Let me know if you’d like more guidance-I’d be happy to share further practices with you! 🙏

What if your body is extremely out of alignment? My right leg gradually became contracted.
@caitcancoach When the body feels out of alignment, especially with something like a contracted leg, it’s often a signal that the body holding onto tension or unresolved patterns-physically, emotionally or energetically. Start with gentle, mindful movements and deep breathing to create space and ease. Being mindful not to push beyond 70% of your capacity. It’s not about forcing change but helping your body feel safe to release tension.
In essence everything boils down to a Felt Sense of safety, attachment and authenticity. The Nervous System is a master key to this and by extension a happy, healthy and wholesome life. I got this in May this year when I felt and finished my core wounding with my body. My life has not been the same since, I went from freeze and not living for 43 years to actually living. I'd wish this for every single person on the planet.

I know it works. Have been practicing for years. Off and On is the problem. Im back at it again. The longest stretch of time i have practiced is around three months. Hope I can make this a part of my life, and stay with it.

You’ve touched on something so real here-acceptance can bring us face-to-face with truths we may have been avoiding, and that can feel deeply painful. Resistance is natural; it’s the mind and body’s way of protecting us from what feels overwhelming. But within that pain, there’s also potential for freedom. When we allow ourselves to sit with the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable, it opens the door to healing and growth. Acceptance isn’t about forcing yourself to be okay with everything-it’s about giving yourself permission to feel and be with what is, without judgment. Take it one step at a time. The truth can be heavy, but you don’t have to carry it all at once. 🙏

When I finally found this method of working with the body, and also understanding WHY this worked... I started to believe. Nowadays my body feels a lot better already only after a few weeks, it litterally feels like I have a different or new body... And when I FELT the results of just the little blocks of time that I put into this practice... I was amazed of the results and now I can accept more and more the process.
