So, in a nutshell, a wholly separate Act would have to be passed - not impossible to do of course, but the monarch has to take the initiative to request it be done by Parliament just as he originally requested that they be given when they (Andrew/Harry etc.) were given them individually.

We're all going on about how well Charles looks and seems to be feeling. Let's not forget that the cancer treatments don't immediately throw one into illness. It's often around the six week mark that the chemicals start showing adverse effects on the body. Weight loss, alopecia, pale and worn looks take a while to appear. Since we don't know what type of cancer is being treated or the possible side effects, lets be patient before we assume that Charles is breezing through the treatments. Prepare for the worst while we hope for the best.

We're all going on about how well Charles looks and seems to be feeling. Let's not forget that the cancer treatments don't immediately throw one into illness. It's often around the six week mark that the chemicals start showing adverse effects on the body. Weight loss, alopecia, pale and worn looks take a while to appear. Since we don't know what type of cancer is being treated or the possible side effects, lets be patient before we assume that Charles is breezing through the treatments. Prepare for the worst while we hope for the best.

This comment about bringing the children comes from America; if I have unhealed relationships with one or more family members and they brought their children over, that is not going to heal anything; as a matter of fact, unconsciously, because I would never do it on purpose, those children can get hurt because of the chill in the room.
