I like how you took a scientific approach. Going from avoidance to approach motivation makes sense with the right mindset. The release of neurotransmitters gives us the energy to keep going but what happens when life becomes mundane and the neurotransmitters are released less often. Then we experience burnout. And that creates a whole new set of problems. I like how you research certain things and articulately explain things. Hopefully you can make a video on overcoming burnout. That would be helpful to many people I believe.
