Oatly barista version for me but I have tried other oat milks and they work great too!

Very informative and to the point :)
I like oat milk in pretty much any coffee / tea application. Coconut milk is too much flavor though, and I like the viscosity of oat milk compared to most of the other alts out there.
    Peace

I've tried all of these dairy alternatives and some more, both in my super auto and manual frothing. The only real suitable one is soy. All the other milk will create nasty curdle and separation, and most of the thin foam will collapse very shortly. Asian version of minimally emulsified soy milk is even better.

How about half and half? Heavy cream? This question is important for my decision.

One of biggest reason why I don't like almond milk in my coffee because I don't like to taste of almond milk in my coffee

Do you feel like adjusting the grinder will make us stronger coffee with the Philips machine. We love the machine but sometimes the coffee is just very smooth

I couldn't find a barista version of almond milk with clean ingredients (could I just use the regular?) so I made my own almond milk. The milk itself tastes quite nice but in coffee it tastes quite bitter. I wonder why that is.

I purchased a chef wave milk machine to make my own fresh milk out of nuts ( I use natural organic flavored syrup and sea salt and milk is perfect) . I only used it with almond so far ,but it does just great making a tasty foam with the new philips lattego 3200 expresso machine.

You should try the barista oat milk. It is more fattening.

Confirms my suspicions that if you want true frothing and a more genuine milk drink use real milk, even if it's 1%. I realize some have lactose intolerance, but personally I was not impressed with any of these milk alternatives.

The machine, itself, strikes me as pretty much a fail…the difference between sautéing salmon in a skillet with butter and throwing it in a microwave. The microwave is certainly more convenient…bean to cup machines, in general, strike me as a shortcut that is just not worth taking if you actually like good coffee.

If you like milk drinks and want something with a couple touches of a button, I got the family to pitch in and got my cousin a Phillips 3200 lattego a couple years ago when they 1st came out and she has been very happy with it. It has been really low maintenance

I purchased a philips lattego 3200 and I will never have to spend 8 bucks on coffee again at fancy coffee shops! You will not think the same if you ever taste what it produces
