I pressed no but it keeps going only to BIOS every time I boot the PC. Any suggestions?

Just did it the first time for me
I haven't changed anything but I did run a 3dmark on it last night 🤔
Anyway what i did is hit yes because the language sounded like it needed to figure eomething out...then it went to bios, I 'saved and exit' even though it says I changed nothing.
Just rebooted now, doesn't go to bios.
