oh i think i ran into something like this before...i can't remember what I did but I did get it working after awhile. If you have an existing copy of it installed, just check it's not or uninstall it. Then install the fresh copy. Also make sure to install the new nvdia app instead of the old one (previously GeForce experience)

were they two from the same pack or different? The controllers all look the same but they belong specifically to the unique types of robots (ie, the ones with more attack options have more buttons)

That means it's not running. Uninstall reinstall without any virus cleaner running

That sounds like u might have a hardware issue or something to do with your graphics driver. What are your system specs?
