That's a good advice for beginners - cut the size of MURPH into half!
    Never thought of that...haha!

This one was cut into a quarter of original, not half! Still a mouthful :-)

Near my location I don't have pull up bar
So instead of pull up can I do burpees

Great video! Just one question, I don't have access to a pull-up bar and I don't trust the banister or the doors in my house. I can go to the park. Maybe I could do a version of pull-ups on the basketball court? Like the way you were using the door? Thanks . . .

I am not able to do even the down sized pull up? Should i go up for 5 sets of Hanging for 20 secs.

Hi Abhinav, do you have an option to do the jumping pull up? If you have something to step onto to make the space that you have to jump to smaller you can adjust the difficulty to your level. It would give you a bit of a more dynamic pulling movement than doing static hangs. If you have a low bar or access to rings/trx (or you can use any rope you can find really, as long as you have a good grip on it) you could also do ring rows (th-cam.com/video/sEAOZc77wk8/w-d-xo.html). Which is a great pull up replacement. Move the feet backwards to adjust the difficulty or hang the rings a little bit higher, so you have to pull less of your body weight. Let me know how you get on!

Thank you for showing a pull up for those who can’t do one. I’m still working on it!! Much appreciated ☺️

All of those exercises require core stability. So there is no isolated core work, but if you do everything correctly then you'll be good.

It would be better if counting of push ups and squats would be done by the video .... I mean who would keep a count of 75 squats ..... anyways..... the determination was indeed motivating
