I think you're spot on with Kunkka's aghs. I've been having success with him in the offlane. Wand, phase, blademaill, aghs and then whatever is needed.
Kunkka having natural tankiness allowing him to build blade mail really helps in the early game. And he had in built farming to quickly get the Aghs, he also just tends to be a solid mid laner
You can scale but you need to buy key items and I think shard is essential with the extra magic resistance reduce from more stacks and minus armor, overall I think going stat items like dlance and boots of travel early on and turning into a full on right clicker late game is the way to go
if we're going by winrates visage is S tier, but that might be skewed by his popularity in offlane. I think hes great, hes an excellent OD counter after lvl 6. not great against shaker or gyro though, so probably worse in alot of games.
im legend/ancient and its always a free win every time I pick visage this patch. No one knows how to deal with him, especially how much dmg his W does. Though in higher MMRs, he is a niche mid hero.
Lone druid in C is ludicrous. No doubt an S tier hero, and completely at the top of S tier at that, A tier at the very bare minimum. Most broken hero this patch and it isn't even remotely close.
meepo is for boosters, muerta is a carry In all seriousness meepo was more popular as an offlaner with the aghs rework and hasn't since much play recently Muerta is kinda a worse version of sniper mid but you could make it work
I think a lot of 4 and 2 heroes can be interchangeable (not all) you could often times do the same amount as a pos 4 dark willow that you could as pos 2. Can't really flash farm from my experience, similar hero would be rubick a 2 rubick wont do too much more than a 4 rubick unless its a really really good game for it

it was mostly played offlane the atos patch, not a meepo specialist myself have not seen 1 single mid meepo in like 5-6 years at my mmr honestly

Laning phase nerfed a lot from the last time he was in the meta and he still falls off hard in the mid game compared to other heroes

funny enough she saw more play than ever as a support ( other than release) but yeah pretty hard to play mid or offlane now

In my 4k5 mmr pubs, Bristle mid is an easy win. You can just farm and the 15min timing with shard is really strong
in american pubs average Russian 2k player can win on every hero

i ll put ES on S tier. In ~6k any hero that is this good at helping sidelines and providing catch is god tier
It's hard for me to put him S tier because he isn't a super explosive/win you the game type of hero
