If you make one of these can you please include a section specifically for late game? The early-mid game for storm makes sense to me but I always find myself falling off/having less impact in the late game, even though I hear storm is supposed to be really strong late game. I'm low ancient so part of it is probably a lack of understand of my roll and the game state, but I just find it hard to deal enough damage once everyone has items/bkb etc
Invoker so underrated in high mmr pubs it’s insane, looks so strong. Also really going to try out tiny. Also ember and storm back in the meta, I feel like I’m cheating with the sleight of fist, it’s so nice in lane if people in lane walk past the range creep, you can time it so the hero gets hit twice and just herras them out of the lane
The thing about Kotl is that he’s one of those heroes where they just took away his inherent tools and moved them to facets, so he’s functionally way worse than all the other heroes that got free stuff from facets.
I think invoker can be really strong just sitting in lane as exort having a bracer + nul and just denying creep after creep Iv had lots of lanes with like 15-20 denies just buy a windlace + boots and you csn be a really strong ganker too
Brood is indeed quite a weak laner in mid until level 6, at least against the meta bullies (sf, storm) But at the same time, I've studied a lot of high mmr replays of mid brood and I've seen some players actually managing to keep up vs heroes like sf/storm. They get fast brown boots, level Q, pull under tower and kill the wave asap. It was enough for them to get lvl 6 and soul ring at close to normal timing. The trick seems to be to abuse brood's high right click damage at early levels before they start nuking too hard, and by level 4-5 you start being super careful until you get level 6. Thing is, right now, even if you die 1/2 times as brood in lane, it almost doesn't matter - after getting the ult and putting a couple of skill points into E, you start farming at a ridiculous pace. Whatever 500-1000g you were behind the enemy mid becomes a distant memory as long as you get a breathing room for a couple of minutes
Man i miss dunking on SFs with mid bloodseeker 10 years ago. Back to back full waves of cs and denies with the stupid damage you got from bloodrage and thirst
As someone who play arc warden mid...he is ridiculously strong, unless you are dealing with abaddon, MK, brood, mepoo, CK, etc. Any hero that can sustain themselves through lifesteal or have illusion/summon to mitigate his double flux dmg is bad match up for him. But at most circumstances he usually smoke all of the S to B tier in this list (except brood)
@@callmeaboomer Disorder, 3-0-2-1...usually during laning you have no issue killing range creep...if you are dealing with agi/int hero they are easy to put pressure during water rune because they cant tank the ghost...lvl6 you will confirm kill most of the hero S to B tier in this list due to obvious reason.
@@callmeaboomer there is no fix item build, you gotta adept to circumstances. But imo, there is no need for boots of travel and hand of midas anymore. The game punish you for killing your tempest, so split pushing kinda not arc warden play style no more...i would say gleipnir and pike is a must...the rest (BKB, manta, bloodthorn, etc will be up to your preferences.
one day Topson will pull out the mid Lion and everyone will put respect on that hero. it's the strongest it's ever been for a mid role though super high risk

Not all heroes got free stuff tho

Arc warden mid is giga broken... You can kill mid 2 times with 1 ult cooldown at level 6 since the illu stays super fking long now
I always have fun playing tinker, even if I lose lmao

Where would you put BH mid? Can dominate early - mid game, no?
must pick vs melee hero works better if they don't know how to play vs
as a invoker player I can say he is C or lower now...

Somehow Kunkka has an above 50% winrate mid on protracker
idk, puck has 54% winrate on dota2pro , but i doesnt seem good. I agree with you that is like C tier
Look at the pick rate. Heroes with high win rate but low pick rate means the hero is mostly for counter pick.
And of course a free puck game is a free puck game.
@@stevekno164 agreed!
What about skywrath mid?
haven't seen or tried it, hard to make a mid hero without waveclear work
sand king mid?
very niche and also very bad
nerfed really hard I saw topson try it a few times and I think he gave up on it
Phoenix best mid
Maybe in 4k 😂
