Tropical Depression Four forms over Cuba, forecast to move toward Florida

Potential Tropical Cyclone Four strengthened into Tropical Depression 4 Friday night and is expected to eventually become Tropical Storm Debby near South Florida this weekend.

As a Tampa Bay resident, this is the most confusing time of the year. I can never know when the weather could turn dangerous. Because without fail I cannot have a clue what will ACTUALLY happen, because every other day, for four months I will definitely hear how the world is definitely gonna end with THIS storm. And one in 1500 threats will actually blow a paper cup over in my lawn. But Armageddon will be here at least 50 times according to the absolute USELESS fear propaganda that they have to peddle. In lieu of actually communicating any real threats.

They moved the cone to the west. But it's moving faster. It was moving at 13mph and now it's 17mph. I think that moving that fast it will not have time to turn into a hurricane. The winds have remained the same, but seem more off into the water, skirting Tampa Bay for the most part. We'll see a lot of rain.

This is terrible! So many parts of Florida under a Flood Watch. This is why rain is STUPID. Florida needs long lasting Sunshine in the WORST WAY POSSIBLE. But at least Florida is more caring about the danger of Floods than they EVER WILL BE in Oregon. People in Oregon think only of themselves & not others. I should know! I live there. UNFORTUNATELY!
