Ingredients:
Chicken - 750 g
For marinade:
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Soya sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt
Oil ( for frying chicken)
For preparation :
Oil
Chopped Onion - 3 ( medium size)
Curry leaves
Crushed green chilli - 6
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato - 2 ( medium size )
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Fried onion - 1 ( medium size)
Salt
Hot water - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 3 to 4 tbsp
