Basmati rice - 2 cup ( 400g )
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cardamom - 6
Cinnamon - 3 piece
Cloves - 8
Star anise - 1
Onion - 2 ( medium size)
Green chilli - 7
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Mint leaves - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Water - 2 cup
Salt
Grated carrot - 2 tbsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
For layering:
Fried onion - 1 ( medium size)
Fried cashew nuts and raisins
Mint and coriander leaves
Ghee - 2 1/2 tsp
