Special White Vegetable Pulao /Pulav and Chicken Roast
Ingredients:
Chicken Roast -
For marinade:
Chicken - 500g
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
For preparation:
Oil
Fennel seeds - 2 pinch
Onion - 2 ( medium size )
Sliced garlic - 2 1/2 tbsp
Sliced ginger - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Green chilli - 2
Chilli flakes - 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato puree - 2 medium size tomato
Hot water - 3/4 cup
Salt
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 3/4 tbsp
Vegetable Pulao:
Basmati rice - 2 1/2 cup ( 500g )
Hot water - 3 3/4 cup
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom - 5
Cloves - 5
Cinnamon - 2 piece ( 2 inch size )
Star anise - 1
Javithri - a small piece
Bay leaf - 2
Onion - 2 ( medium )
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 5
Mint leaves ( pudhina ) - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - a handful
Carrot - 1 ( medium size )
Beans - 10
Salt
Cashewnut paste - 10 nos
Fried onion - 1 ( small )
Fried raisins - 1 to 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1/2 tbsp
