Zeera Samba rice ( Kaima rice ) - 2 cup ( 400g )
Onion - 1 ( medium size )
Green chilli - 4
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Carrot - 1 ( medium )
Fried Onion - 1 ( medium size )
Fried cashew nuts & raisins
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom - 5
Cloves - 5
Cinnamon - 3
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Hot water - 3 cup
Lime juice - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt
Rose water - 1/2 tsp to 3/4 tsp
