this was so fun! I loved how you used colours to describe them. I don't usually wear fragrance (usually because I buy them then never wear them so I just gave up on buying them) but now I'm tempted.
I keep thinking about trying more fragrances but it always feels like a big commitment. I think I'm ready to actually get some of these after this video x)
maybe try little testers to see how you feel about them
definitely try the little testers if you can and track the smell on your skin over time. many fragrances smell nice at first but later they don't. they smell different on everybody.
Some fragrances marketed to men that I wear happily and comfortably as a non-man: Versace the Dreamer, Paco Rabanne Ultrared, Dolce & Gabbana The One Intense for Men, Nautica Voyage, and any of the Theirry Mugler A-Men flankers.
Worked in cosmetics for years, never layered my scents, but will buy CKone for layering. I love me some deep & warm scents especially in the colder months or a night out. Thanks Jade
I used to wear ckone in hs. I had to quit wearing fragrances when I got a heightened sense of smell after having my kid. I’d get headaches from it. But! Since I got covid my sense of smell has diminished greatly and I want to try again. I wanna smell nice.

moschino toy boy - marketed to men, smells more feminine to me, very unique rose mixed with masculine woody and musk notes, very fresh and unique and lasts 8+ hours)
ck euphoria - it smells like a more polished and powdery eros
ysl - la nuit de lhomme - the best date night fragrance ever made
prada lhomme - powdery, fresh mass pleasing daytime scent

I’ve been hearing about Coffee Break. Definitely going to try out the smells for that & Dior Sauvage. Which I don’t think I need to for Dior based on even my brother hyping it. I’ll use Coffee Break for daily, if I like the smell & Sauvage for special events and outings. I’ll see what my wife reaction will be. 😂 Thanks, I always get knowledge from you Jade. Sailing day is in my collection, its so breezy and fresh. Definitely didn't think about layering them though

I'm not a huge fan of the Boy Smells Hinoki by itself, but I really, really like it when it's layered with something on the sweeter side like Commodity Milk (which is like a simple vanilla, but like the grown and sexy version of a simple vanilla)
I bought sailing day just randomly i while a go and i thought it was very ”light”. It didn’t cross my mind i could combine it like that so im going to try it

ooohh the only fragrance i wear is Bois de Balincourt by Maison Louis Marie. its so good and honestly very wearable/ for all year! its very woodsy: a lil sandalwood and cedarwood moment but not too intense. its warm and almost fresh or spicy?? kinda conflicting but so beautiful. its super unisex. its pricey tho, and depending on skin chemistry it might not last long, but ive gone through an entire bottle soo…. i think it’s worth it lol. im also like 19 so its not too old or too young but still a lil mature. u can buy it at Sephora too.

serge lutens - un bois vanille is my favorite unisex fragrance at the moment. don't let the vanilla in the name scare you off, it's nothing like the usual vanilla fragrances. If it was a color, I'd say it's a very desaturated dark peach tone. It feels mature (in a good way) & timeless but not boring. xD It's pricey though.

Dior Sauvage smells to me like this one hockey girl in my Highschool who literally DOUSES herself w/ it. She gets mad girls tho so... Don't knock it ig lolll

I think a good and reasonably priced line that "not every bro wears" is Costume National Homme. I think it would suit you! A bit more grown up, still spicy tho.
