Fix Ahead Strawberry Dessert/ Mr. Bucky Update

- This dessert is very easy and is a fix ahead dessert - works well for company.
Four Ingredients:
Reddi Whip whipped topping (Fat Free)
1 pound fresh strawberries, pureed
8 ounce angel food cake (purchased)
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar

I make the Betty Crocker angel food cake mix but substitute a 16 oz can of crushed pineapple instead of the water. Moist and refreshing! Try it....so easy!
Miss Phyllis, I never could make a decent angel food cake either. Then a girlfriend gave me her secret. Haha its the mix u add only water to. Easy peasy. Its so good & old fashioned tasting. ❤
We make a strawberry dessert just a bit differently. Arrange cubes of the angel food cake in a glass dish. Mixed chopped strawberries in almost cool strawberry Jello and pour over the top. Let it set in the fridge and then spoon almost cool cook-on-the-stove Jello vanilla pudding over that. Top with Cool Whip and chopped walnuts and place in the fridge until completely cold. Its the bomb!

Well, I’m going to try to make this recipe Keto friendly with Keto cake and black berries and real whipping cream. Even the recipe someone posted with jello and pudding is super easy to make Keto. God bless 🙏❤️👍

I just found this site an I absolutely love it, these are some of the recipes thatmama and I used to make. I had forgotten about the green salad, but it seems to me we put chopped pecans and a small can ofdrained pineapple in it. Back then we didn't have a mixer so I mashed the cr cheese with potato masher and thenworked like a dog using the old egg beaters. We didn't have all of those fancy things, but now I am 74 and I have them now. I have just got to make the green salad tomorrow, I could eat the whole bowl now.

Keep as positive as you can,it really works. I'm entering my second year of chemo and I'm no spring chicken. I take chemo three days at a time and even wear a 5fu bag for 2 1/2 days when I go home. Went in today for my disconnect of the 5 fu which gobbles up
the cancer cells which are being attacked by my other chemo prayers and having real
faith in the LORD is one of the best cures too.

Never saw this version but it looks wonderful. I usually just put strawberries and whipped cream over the angel food but I bet doing it this way is mighty tasty. Love her videos.

I'm so glad he is recuperating at home 🏡. That is always the best and most comfortable place to be. Mr. Bucky will be healed in no time!! Thank you 😊 for your strawberry dessert video. I never thought about putting whole berries in the food processor. I usually quarter them and put them on the stove with a 1/3 cup of sugar and some lemon juice, and then mash them with a fork. This would be much easier !!
