Millbury's Place in Philatelic History

On April 19th, Siegel's Vice President, Charles Epting, gave a presentation on the Millbury Postmasters' Provisional Stamp at the Asa Water Mansion in Millbury, Massachusetts. The mansion was the home of Asa Waters III, the postmaster who issued the provisional.
The Millbury Postmasters' Provisional Stamp will come to auction on June 14, 2024, as part of the William H. Gross Collection of Complete United States Stamps.
