Many others have said this but it is true. This is the BEST explanation of an easy binding method I've ever seen. The way you explained the corners (pinning backward) is a step many have left out and it makes all the difference in the world! THANK YOU!!!

What a great way to join the beginning and ending of the strips when you're sewing the binding on the back of the quilt! There are lots of videos about flange bindings, but none of them have your way to join. I wish I had seen this video before I did it on the baby quilt I'm making for my soon-to-arrive granddaughter. Mine doesn't look nearly as nice. 😒 I have to remember to refer back to you excellent video because I LOVE the look of a the flange binding and I definitely want to use it again. Thanks for coming up with this great technique.

Absolutely hands down this was the best binding tutorial ever! I found this from a FB group member's recommendation because I struggle with machine binding. I'm a newbie. I am finishing my first large quilt and am extremely nervous because it's a gift. I've used the technique of a single binding strip, sew on the front, roll it over, pin it, flip back to the front to SITD only to find I've not caught it on the back and the line is crooked it looks like I was drunk sewing! I haven't tried this yet. Seems like a lot of prep. I have a tiny space to work with my fabric. Such a great video, though! Thank you!
