A couple of years ago I was in the passenger seat going down a long stretch of road, staring in disbelief at this driver in the car next to us who spent the entire time staring down at her phone, never looked up once. I could honestly see her Instagram feed as she was scrolling through it. I'm all for this new technology. Don't use your phone while driving.
This is a really good idea. I've seen drivers using their phones whilst driving one too many times because they know they can get away with it. I find it shocking when I see HGV driving and texting away when any lack of concentration on their could be fatal for other road users. I'm glad something is starting to be done about it.
