If anyone ever sees this workout, this workout is no joke if you do 120%. I did this 4 times in 1.5 weeks. I'm 6'3 touching the rim to dunking. No lie

Most appreciated. Too much people who really want your best are telling you to give up don't leave you're comfort zone. But in where I live I saw too many good athletes falling into comfort and leave sports because they took for granted what they had. I doing my best to be different. I learned that nothing Is guaranteed but everything is up to you. So its time for me to leave the key board and go to gym

Once again, great exercises to add. What about tips for jumping with the ball? Im just over 6'1, I can hit a 62in approached box jump and can easy grab the rim with two hands. I can dunk off both one and two feet but I feel like the height I get with box jumps and just my overall vert I should be dunking way more aggressive. Its like once I get the ball in my hand my vert goes way down....

If anyones going to do this workout, I'd suggest building some muscle before doing this, because it's mainly plyometrics.

I really wanna be dunking by this basketball season. I can already grab rim but I just can't get high enough to dunk. My leg strength is very solid. I'm 160lbs, 6 foot tall, 16 years old, and can squat close to 300 and dead light well over 300. I'm not sure if I should work on my explosiveness everyday or which workouts of yours to do in order to be able to dunk by this winter. Can you help me out? Which workouts would be best for me and should I do them everyday? And should I do them to replace my leg day workout or should I continue my leg workout but do these at a different time?
