there is no secret for palming the ball, you just have to strenghten your grip. get a towel and hang it over a bar or a tree branch. Now hang on that towel as long as you can gripping it with both hands. do that every day for a few days and you should see first results, especially with small hands.

Please live for God and love Him for, He sent His ONLY SON to die for us on the cross and so that we can get into Heaven even though we sinned And if you not a Christian, there is proof that God exists and is the ONLY God and so many so many people that were on drugs and in bad places with the wrong people saying that Jesus saved them
Remember that good works do not get you into Heaven, faith in Jesus does, but faith without works is dead, so do good works, but do them out of love and because you're saved, not to get loved and saved

Ryan Walsh just do 70 squats each day and stretch ur legs every morning. It takes time, but eventually it will pay off. Oh and practice jumping with an NBA sized basketball

most people think that they can't jump in the beginning cause their legs aren't strong enough, when in reality, they can jump higher, they just have to train their body to jump. Eventually, your brain will understand what you are doing and will activate the muscles required to jump. Then that is when you start working out to strengthen your legs. The body is an amazing thing.
